The largest suite at Riva One, Sole is designed for guests who value space, privacy, and the freedom to settle in completely. Generous interiors open directly onto an expansive private terrace facing the Atlantic and Lion’s Head.

Whether enjoying a slow breakfast before the city wakes, or returning from a day on the mountain to a glass of wine as the light leaves the Atlantic, Sole encourages guests to experience Cape Town entirely at their own pace.

Intimate and calming, Luna offers a more secluded interpretation of the Riva One experience. Designed for guests who spend their days exploring and their evenings unwinding.

The atmosphere is warm and understated, centred around exceptional sleep and genuine hospitality. A private terrace offers a quiet place for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.

Positioned toward the ocean, Mare is built around one of Camps Bay’s defining features: uninterrupted connection to the sea. Morning light fills the suite as the coastline wakes below.

Inside, the atmosphere is calm and residential. The open-plan layout makes the suite feel considerably larger than its footprint suggests, with the ocean view becoming part of the room.

The Prima Vista Penthouse is Riva One at its fullest expression — spanning the top two floors of the residence, around 260m² of private space with the widest views on the property. It is built for guests who want the scale of the whole house with the privacy of a single suite.

The en-suite bedroom opens onto a rain shower facing the Atlantic, finished in natural wood for the feeling of an outdoor shower even from indoors. A dedicated office space allows guests to work without leaving the suite, while the kitchen and dining table seat up to ten — ideal for a private dinner or entertaining before heading out. In the evenings, the 75-inch smart TV and the courtyard, with its Weber braai and lounge seating terrace, are built for a night in — not instead of a night in the city, but as its own good option.
