Rosetta Roastery

The story

Rosetta tests over 150 coffees a year and keeps only the ones that earn a place on the shelf: single-origin lots sourced from South & Central America, Africa, and Asia, micro-roasted in small batches to preserve what makes each one distinct rather than blending it away.

Quality control isn’t a one-time check. New batches are cupped alongside week-old roasts to catch any drift before it reaches a cup, a level of ongoing scrutiny most roasters reserve for competition lots, not everyday stock.
