The Prima Vista Penthouse is Riva One at its fullest expression — spanning the top two floors of the residence, around 260m² of private space with the widest views on the property. It is built for guests who want the scale of the whole house with the privacy of a single suite.
The en-suite bedroom opens onto a rain shower facing the Atlantic, finished in natural wood for the feeling of an outdoor shower even from indoors. A dedicated office space allows guests to work without leaving the suite, while the kitchen and dining table seat up to ten — ideal for a private dinner or entertaining before heading out. In the evenings, the 75-inch smart TV and the courtyard, with its Weber braai and lounge seating terrace, are built for a night in — not instead of a night in the city, but as its own good option.
