Rosetta Roastery tests over 150 coffees a year and keeps only the lots that earn a place on the shelf, micro-roasting each in small batches. From July 2026, those beans are stocked fresh in every Riva One suite.
The partnership goes further than supply: Riva One has installed a fully automated bean-to-cup machine in every suite, dialled in specifically to Rosetta's own beans, so the cup matches exactly what the roaster intends.

Guests can also arrange private cupping sessions with the roastery through the property's concierge.
