"We chose our partners because the company they keep is the company we want to keep."
Every partner is chosen for one reason: each is excellent on its own terms, long before Riva One asked to work with them. This overview lists current partners across taste, culture, craft & style, and movement.
Riva One's founding wine partner. In the Blaauwklippen Valley beneath the Helderberg, Waterford farms regeneratively and refines its wines by hand in a cellar built around a working courtyard, so the process is never hidden from visitors. Master of Wine Tim Atkin has placed their Cabernet Sauvignon among his Stellenbosch favourites.
Cape Town's award-winning specialty roaster, and Riva One's exclusive coffee partner. Rosetta tests over 150 coffees a year and keeps only the lots that earn a place on the shelf, micro-roasting each in small batches. A fully automated bean-to-cup machine in every suite is dialled in specifically to Rosetta's beans.
An organic, science-driven skincare house built from rare African botanicals — ethically sourced, fair trade, and free of parabens, sulfates and synthetic fragrance. For a decade Terres d'Afrique has built holistic spa concepts for Four Seasons, Six Senses and Singita, and has developed a bespoke in-suite ritual specifically for Riva One.
A small-batch confectioner working from an unchanged family recipe, found at Cape Town's own Oranjezicht City Farm Market. Nothing here is mass-produced — the pistachio halwa and daily pastries served in-suite are the same product locals queue for at the Saturday market.
The world's largest museum dedicated to contemporary art from Africa and its diaspora, built inside a converted 1920s grain silo at the V&A Waterfront and redesigned by Heatherwick Studio. Riva One arranges exclusive entry and event access for guests as part of its wider cultural programme.
Set against the slopes of Table Mountain, Norval Foundation pairs gallery space with a sculpture garden and wetland reserve, exhibiting modern and contemporary art from Africa and its diaspora — the same institution that partners with Mount Nelson, A Belmond Hotel, and Cape Grace, A Fairmont Hotel.
A Cape Town leather house working in full-grain Namibian leather, with around twenty skilled artisans sharing more than a century of combined experience. Rowdy's Repair-for-Life promise means a bag damaged years from now returns to the same hands that built it.
South Africa's diamond house, with workshops across three Cape Town locations where guests can watch a stone actually get cut and polished rather than being handed a finished piece. Bespoke design sits alongside the ready collections.
Cape Town's premium road cycling outfit and the city's official Cervélo stockist, running tour-grade bikes and named guides who know the Atlantic Seaboard and the Cape Peninsula. Rides are set to the rider, not the other way around.
One further partnership is confirmed for October 2026. Details are embargoed until the announcement date. Please contact media@riva-one.com for advance briefings under embargo.
