Suite Attendant

Riva One is looking for a Suite Attendant to join our small, hands-on housekeeping team. You'll be responsible for the daily upkeep and presentation of our suites and communal areas to a five-star standard, working closely with our concierge team to anticipate guest needs before they're voiced.

What you'll do

• Daily servicing and turndown of suites to Riva One's presentation standards
• Coordinating with concierge on guest preferences and special requests
• Maintaining communal areas, pool deck, and guest amenities
• Reporting maintenance needs promptly to keep the property in top condition

What we're looking for

• Previous housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel or private residence
• Meticulous attention to detail and pride in presentation
• Discretion and warmth with guests
• Availability for weekend and holiday shifts
